The customer service here is amazing. Everyone I’ve met working there is knowledgeable and kind. A very calm and understanding approach to sales that is so refreshing. If you vape or smoke and haven’t been there yet, make sure you stop by when you’re in town.

The owner is very helpful and knows her products. I only go to Smoke On The Water bcuz of her. She treats you like a paying customer should be treated and that seems hard to find these days. Best vape shop around the area by far.

Best smoke shop ever! Seriously, I've been to my fair share throughout the years..I even used to distribute Kratom and THC/CBD products to a bunch and never have came across such an awesome shop.. the manager is the best! Truly a notch above the rest, she will go out of her way to special order products in store. If you looking for an awesome smoke shop experience with top notch customer service. Smoke on the water is the place to go! They have everything you could ask for and if by the rare chance they don't. Just ask I'm sure they will get it for you. :)

Revisited this spot over the weekend and was very happy that they were opened! I was warmly greeted by the staff and was attended too immediately. Great selection to choose from and prices were very affordable The store was very clean & neat. Glad to update this review and definitely will be back!
