The wall behind the refrigerator is beginning to show moldJamal took photos.It is hard to see the spots that are forming.but they are there.Jamal installed the supplied parts. We will see if they are the answer to the freezing.

So glad you asked. I waited almost 5 months for my range to be fixed. 2 wrong parts ordered. I got the stove back Wednesday the 20th. With a bubble in the plastic on top of the stove. You have great repairman. They did their best to make me happy. Not much. Should have given me one free. Have purchased all my appliances from you. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. I tried all this time to find someone to talk to. Got you a lot of 800 numbers that nobody answers. I even ended up paying $46 do just answer. Pay me back anytime. And you are raising the price of the home repair services. I will pay it until it runs out if not sooner. Only thing good about you is your repairmen. I doubt you care, but you now have a company that used to be the best. Seems like those days are over. Feel free to put this review any place you want. I’m not really finished with how I feel. I think his installation OK. He didn't update the Sears App which we have to use to see when Repairman is expected to arrive. I had to pay someone $25 an for an extra hour to sit there. SEARS NEEDS A BETTER WAY TO UPDATE IF REPAIRMAN CAN'T UPDATE IT!!!

First technician closed ticket by lying and saying refrigerator was fixed. Second appt never showed up and no message. Third appt never showed up and no message. BBB will be notified

It has been a long time since we’ve had a service tech as competent as Jamal. He took the time to explain the issue and show my husband how he was fixing it. He also told us things we can do to help prevent a future problem. In addition to fixing our two issues, he was one of the nicest, most courteous young man we’ve encountered in quite a while. This young man should be recognized and will go far!
