Was visiting a friend in Englewood and called to get two spa pedicures and it was over the July 4th weekend and Alicia was so kind to make arrangements for the appointments on her day off. The spa pedicures were amazing and I highly recommend this salon!

Horrible customer service! Not reliable for scheduling, and not to mention Mara the owner. I personally over heard her bad mouthing customers to another employee when I was waiting for my appointment. Truly despicable and ultimately very low class buisness!

This place is not reliable. They Cancelled my appointment at the last minute and put me in a really bad spot. No one else that could fill in and make it right. They just assumed I could make changes for two days later. Needed my hair done desperately before tomorrow. Now I have to scramble to find a place to do my hair at the last minute which will probably be impossible. The worst part is the attitude they had about it. Just basically Too bad for you. Said the stylist had jury duty. That is not something that just happens, it’s scheduled way ahead of time and if there was a chance the stylist wouldn’t be there to fulfill the appointment they should have informed me ahead of time so I could have decided if I needed to make other arrangements. Would not recommend this place.

When I moved to the area I needed to find a local salon and I’m so happy I found Mara at Sassy Beaches. She spent time with me asking me a lot of questions about my hair. She was able to get my cut down from the beginning and is consistent every time. I get compliments on my hair 3-4 week after she’s cut it. She truly is a professional.Services: Haircut

I contacted Sassy Beaches a while back wanting to set up a hair and makeup trial for my December 2022 wedding. They got back to me right away and scheduled me for my trial. My trial for hair and makeup was with Sydney who did amazing and I couldn't wait to go back on my wedding day.My wedding morning was absolutely perfect because of Sydney and Jess. My skin and hair haven't been the same since I had covid a while back and they were both so patient and worked through my insecurities.Sydney did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I have pretty thick and curly hair but she jumped right in and make it look even better than my sample photo. Jess did the same with my makeup...she was able to look at the photo of how my makeup was done in my trial and matched it perfectly. I live out of state but seriously wish I lived closer so I could consistently get my hair done here.I can't thank Mara (the owner who set everything up for me), Sydney, and Jess enough. Sassy beaches is the place to go if you want exceptional service from professionals who are truly wonderful people. Alicia’s pedicures are amazing! The best I’ve ever had by far. Jess’s massages have been so helpful with my neck and back issues. I appreciate that her technique not only gives me immediate relief, but that it’s a relaxing experience that also leaves me feeling refreshed and pampered. Mara does an incredible job coloring, cutting and styling my hair. I can’t tell you how many times I have been stopped and asked by strangers who does my hair (even when it’s been 4 days on dry shampoo). Handmade deliciousness! I recommend the almond croissants are the BEST in my opinion. Glad we stumbled upon this place during our vacation. They have quiches, baked goods, breads, pot pies and more.
