By far the WORST experience and location ever. Something needs to be done about their nasty desk clerk. It's awful! After waiting an hour, I just asked a question about if an appointment was available another day. I work and can't wait endlessly. I was watching people get called back for their labs, and even after an hour, they still hadn't finished. Anyway, this lady snaps at me and tells me that there are no appointments because it's "high season." So I sat back down and found plenty of appointments in other locations. I asked her if my order was in the system, and again, she snapped at me and said all locations would be the same way, at which time I told her another location had many appointments available. That's when things went downhill, and she got uglier, another patient piped into my business.... I'm not going to stand there and let these people talk to me any which way. NEVER EVER AGAIN! They need to staff properly and manage their time more effectively. Not a single patient had their labs drawn and left while I was there. It shouldn't take hours once someone is called back.

Walked in and the girl at the desk was so rude I turned around and walked out. This lab needs serious customer service training! I have zero tolerance for rudeness! I went to Englewood Hospital and they were wonderful!!

Don't bother calling, there's no one there to answer any question you have.

Receptionist, Eileen was Super helpful and friendly and Leo as an amazing painless phlebotomist! These other reviews do not reflect the current staff. Highly recommend!

Brought my 91 year old father in law in for bloodwork, we had an appointment and it was quick and easy! Nice people( who happened to be taking some Flack from a woman trying to get out of a drug test) In and out in under 10 for his full panel..

I had an appointment this morning, over 2 weeks after hurricane Ian hit our area. By now, many businesses have re-opened. I checked Quest's website last night and it showed no closures or advisories other than that they're closing early on 10/18 for maintenance. I also searched my inbox for emails from Quest to make sure I didn't get any notices about my appointment being canceled. There were none. I went to my appointment this morning to find the building closed and locked without even a note on the door. Then, when I called customer DIS-service, they advised that the website shows that they are temporarily closed through November something. I advised that there was no such notice on their website and expressed my dissatisfaction that in over 2 weeks, a big company like Quest couldn't have SOMEONE in their giant organization reach out to patients with scheduled appointments with a quick email or phone call to let them know they're not able to keep their appointment. The woman didn't even offer an apology. She just asked if I wanted to reschedule. There's NO excuse for showing such a lack of respect for someone else's time, and even less of an excuse to show no remorse for it. See if I ever go to a Quest facility again.

I am a diabetic. I have to do lab work every 3 months. You would think they would get it together after all the changes made.As I set in the lobby I over hear the tech complain to a customer for over 15 minutes. Very upsetting. I understand you are short staffed, that was said, but don’t set and complain to the customer so everyone can hear!Everyone doesn’t understand no person able to check them in! You expect the texts to help the people check in and also do the blood draws too?! Come on!!!! The average age customer is 65 +. They do not understand no person check in! What happened to customer service? Take care of the customer? I guess thats not priority here!Today has been the longest time I have ever sat in the lobby. There is 3- tech working today that I have seen. The season is about to start and I’m worried now about this place. I work and need to be at work at 7:30, today that didn’t happen.Deeply worried.

Awful people. Rude. Incompetent. Unprofessional. They do not smile, are not happy with you if you look above them in any way. Also untrustworthy. I think if you want an accurate result you should go elsewhere. Going here can completely hinder your life. Luckily it was not a huge deal for mine other than I'm highly perturbed that they flat out lied about my test because the receptionist couldn't stand my joke to my friend and created a horrible dark cloud where there was sunshine in my day. Obviously insecure and mad at the world. I should've taken cupcakes.

I have been going to Quest in Englewood, FL for 12 yrs and have never had a problem. However, I always have an appointment and they are pretty much on time. I never had a nurse or receptionist be rude or not nice to me. I would recommend this place to anyone. However I have seen people come in there and have no patience and without their request from there Doctors and expect them to make miracles work for them. They have always tried to help them. I have found, them to be most kind and patient facility that I used for my medical.

I've used this Lab for many years. I've reluctantly come to agree with the low ratings others have given. Front office was empty today, techs hustle but system was dropping appts. Needing blood work for an upcoming physical, I left and went to another lab a block away. They have a much higher rating and the reason is obvious; quick friendly professional services. I will not be back. Quest can't continue to fail. Consumers are too savy to put up with their sloppy operation.

This place caused me emotional stress due to the unsafety environment. We were asked to wear mask however when a client brought in their child to be tested, the parent was not wearing a mask. The parent was informed by the nurse that it was okay not to wear one. This is unacceptable! This is causing health risk to others.
