I don't ofte write reviews but just had to today. We have moved often and have dealt with many realtors. I have never had an agent who gives her all and really goes above and beyond expectations. Chrissy Spaziani is The Best. She actually listened to what we were looking for and sent listings that fit what we were interested in. What a Gem Chrissy is.

I do not usually take the time to do reviews, but this situation is different. I started getting emails from Wayne Cherry at Program Realty when I started looking at houses on Zillow. Although it took me over a year to find an area, I would always get a follow-up from Wayne. When we finally came to Florida to look at houses in person, I reached out. From the beginning, Wayne had our best interest at heart. We were having issues selling our house in NY. I unfortunately did not have the same great experience with my realtors back home. We lost a couple of houses because of my realtors up north. Wayne never gave up on us. I would often times call him after hours for advice on the painful sale in NY. Wayne always gave me great advice and helped me get my house sold in NY. Wayne found us a beautiful house in Florida for a great price. I would recommend Program Realty and Wayne for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

When do you know you have a competent trustworthy realtor, when you partner with Chrissy Spaziani @ Program Realty. We purchased our Rotonda West home in June 2021. Chrissy went above and beyond making herself available for all of our inspection/contractor appointments. Which was a big help due to us being out of state. Always a quick response to any questions, honestly it seemed she was available 24 hrs a day. Chrissy is professional and an extremely hard worker...you will not be disappointed.

Over the past year, since we moved to SW Florida from Massachusetts, my wife Tina and I have had numerous experiences with real estate brokers and agents in Lee, Charlotte & Sarasota Counties. Jason Painter has been head and shoulders above anyone else we have communicated with in the real estate field. His easy-going manner, emphasized by personal service second to none, elevates him in a unique category that includes 15 years of experience with vast knowledge of available real estate in SW Florida. When you have a question, whether it's a text, phone call or email, Jason is so prompt with his responses you wonder if maybe he might be a little clairvoyant. Jason success, over the years, is apparently achieved without being overly aggressive (constantly in your face). Jason's was accompanied by his wife , Amanda, in his meetings with us. A nice added touch that gave valuable depth. In our case, we had expressed cursory interest in a Punta Gorda over 55 community home Jason had notified us about. Without going into details, one recent morning, Jason delicately guided us to viewing this home (we were renting in Punta Gorda) on our way out the door to exploring other listings with other agents in Lee County. I had offered to view it on our way back from Fort Myers later that day. Jason explained he would not be available late in the day....perhaps we could meet him at noon on our way down to Fort Myers. Good thing we picked the early time. Tina and I liked the home right away while we learned there was a line of folks who were scrambling for viewing appointments. We immediately scooped up the home with Jason's guidance. Finally, our 10 month search, after encounters with over a half dozen other real estate agents, we had found a home that met nearly all our requirements. And Jason Painter, owner of Program Realty, made it happen. And, yes, Amanda too.

Closed on our beautiful Punta Gorda home on August 3 & our agent, Chrissy Spaziani was an absolute breath of fresh air. We were planning a big move from Massachusetts down to SW Florida and she was there guiding us along throughout the whole process. She is super easy to reach, communicative with things that needed our attention and just a genuinely honest, down to earth person. She was all a piece of the puzzle for us— if we had not had her guidance through this process, I am not sure we would have ended up finding a home that checked all of our boxes! She even brought a cake along to closing to celebrate my partners birthday which happened to be the same day! If you’re looking for someone to go above an beyond, it’s Chrissy.
