BEWARE of Bait & Switch at this location. I stopped recently to fill up based on the reasonable price per gal they had on their street sign. After waiting in line for a pump, I notice the price per gallon on the pump is 12 cents higher than the street sign. Because I had cars behind me and in front of me waiting for a pump...I bought my gas and left. As I left, I took a picture of the street sign and I sent it to Murphy's corporate office, along with my receipt. I asked why they were advertising a price that was not being offered at the pump. Their response, (paraphrasing) ....we are so busy updating all of our electronic signs, we often don't get them changed until some time after the actual pump price is raised. So...they have time to raise the price at the pump that you actually pay, but they don't have time to update their advertising sign so that you know the actual price of their gas. That my friends is called Bait & Switch.

The guy that is working on October 3rd at 2 Pm that you hired back is extremely rude, and gives bad customer service. I asked him if it were possible to do a split transaction, meaning I give him cash and pay the difference on my card because the Murphy in North Port allows me to do that and his response was "no we can't do split transactions with gas, and that's probably why they have the number one rate with theft if they are allowing you to do that." It made me feel as if he were suggesting that I was trying to do something wrong or steal simply because I asked to pay with cash and put the difference in my debit card. That is not theft, that is called a split transaction. Someone needs to give him a lesson on proper etiquette and how to speak to people with respect

What happened to the wonderful ladies that were recently running this establishment? Cory is a very weird individual who talks down to me everytime I come in there. I will avoid coming to this location from now on and it's a shame because I used to come here everyday.

Google says that you close at 1030.It even says that you verified these hours this week.Murphy Gas app also says 1030.Why were you closed by 845?

Literally trash gas station. That reports false gas prices to gas buddy, stay away from this location the owner posted gas on gas buddy over 30 cents lower than the real price, unless they somehow decided to raise prices within 30mins of posting up the low price, talk about snobby owner

I usually don’t have an issue at this gas station, however THOMAS REFUSED to cancel my transaction and ring it up again because I accidentally put in the wrong phone number. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to do it because I was being ignorant. I WILL NOT BE STOPPING GHERE AGAIN WHILE HE IS WORKING. I have never been treated so rudely. On my way out, a guy at the pump was having issues pumping gas and also told me that he had issues with THOMAS as well. Get rid of him, he’s bad for business. I will also be filing a complaint with corporate.

Please fix the flow rate of the Ethanol free fuel. Currently it pumps about as fast as molasses in wintertime.Will happily update review once fixed.

I would have given it a one-star if the cashier wasn't so nice terrible terrible coffee out of the machine and terrible that there was no regular coffee in the cisterns at 100 in the afternoon and Murphy's should never be more expensive than a Circle K it's a travesty they're not the cheapest gas they're supposed to be a discounted gas station not in Englewood Florida
