I was helped by the store manager Josh on two occasions, and I was shocked at a) how good he is at his job, and b) how good his customer service is. He was prompt, knows the technical aspects better than any customer support I have ever seen. It was really a refreshing pleasure to walk in and receive such good service. My advice to corporate- take this guy, make him a regional manager, and have him teach all your customer service technicians what he knows. You are sitting on an employee goldmine.”
