I love J Nails I will not go any place other than J Nails, every one from the receptionists to the nails technicians are professional and Courteous to everyone. I always have a great experience every month when I go see Jimmy.

Still the best nail salon by far in the area. They stay up on all the nail design trends and have every color/material you can think of. I appreciate the personal touch when they contacted their clients during Covid lockdown when closing and then reopening. You can find all my completed nails on their Facebook page.

I have lived here for some time now and JNails is by far the best. They do a very comprehensive job of prepping the nail and then painting it. I wholeheartedly recommend this nail spa.

Horrible experience at this salon. They don't do what you ask. They do way more steps in order to charge you more. The owners husband Jimmy? Rude, dismissive, and extremely rough when handling hands and fingers. Talks loudly so everyone can hear about you. I was so embarrassed. I was over charged for a bad manicure the first time and when I went back to have it fixed they charged me again!! They told me it would be a free fix, but charged $35 more dollars. What's worse is the second time they did it looks even more terrible than the first. How they won Best in Englewood is beyond me. Go elsewhere. These people are looking for cash cows. You will not get anywhere near what you asked for, you will however, get charged for way more than you asked for. Can't wait to get these fixed somewhere else. DON'T GET JIMMY.
