My first time shopping here today and it was a true 5 start experience! The ladies were so helpful. I found a new line that is all super soft Peruvian Cotton and I bought 4 pieces. I know I will be back for more! I would highly recommend this store for high quality, flattering clothes and excellent customer service. :-)

I needed some outfits for work and went to Ivy’s on Dearborn. They had many items on sale as well as many new arrivals. The sales staff and the owner were so delightful and very helpful. I loved my shopping experience and will definitely return for more!

I never shop during season because the stores are so busy, however, I need 10ish outfits for a 5 day event next week. The sales people were delightful! I met the owner, who was also lovely. I purchased 3 or 4 outfits and will return for shoes and accessories later this week. BONUS: I don’t have to fight Sarasota traffic to find an incredible selection of Oh My Gauze! My only regret is that I didn’t have the energy to find the rest of the outfits I need. THANK YOU!

Not only do they have incredible clothing items, but the women who work there are so kind and helpful! I’m always my moms personal shopper, which can be a challenge. But between the selection and the styling by the staff, I asked her why she ever shops anywhere else. We found so many winners here!

Just had the loveliest experience shopping at Ivy's. I needed some very specific pieces to take on an upcoming trip, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They would bring things in to me in the dressing room so I didn't have to get redressed and go out to search for another piece, and they were happy to do it. They're very knowledgeable about fashion and fit and what looks best on each body type. The clothing selection is amazing, but the personal attention is what makes the shop so special. It is so worth it to "shop local" as they say. You will not get this type of smart, friendly service in a chain store.

Well, Ivy's proved me wrong!! I did contact the owner as she suggested. My clothes were exchanged and the sales people could not have been nicer. I will be going back.

Really poor customer service. I’m new here. Didn’t know the policy on returning/exchanging items. Manager was verging on rude. They have lost a good customer.

This is my favorite go to placeEvery week ❤️ The personal service and friendly staff are fabulous! Clothing, shoes, accessories and hats are amazing…. Feels like I am hanging out with friends every time I walk in the door! Even my husband is comfortable hanging out there !

I just had a great experience shopping at Ivy's... I had seen a CUTE pair of shoes online and sent a message. They had a pair in my size and agreed to hold overnight untill I got there at lunchtime.... While I was they they mentioned that they had just put something of my favorite brand (habitat) out on the sale rack.... always so helpful!.... I left with the shoes and two new tops!

The best boutique to shop on Dearborn street! The options are endless with clothing and shoes and all of the ladies that are there to help you shop demonstrate with every visit and customer why they won best customer service. A must see shop in Englewood!
