The most frustrating point of sale software on the market, have tried to get support, apparently they don't Need any business, not one to complain about much really, but Brian, the lack of customer service and service is frustrating.

Software could use some updates,not as user friendly as we wish it could be, could have more custom settings available, it's a great POS ,but it is a frustrating POS in the same token.

Make it work as it is touted in the sales process. We can't rely on any basic sales information via it's so-called reporting features. The company only reaches out when you have a bill due and they need money. Stay away.
