I've been doing business banking my entire adult life and never encountered such a difficult bank to deal with. Their mobile app never works; CSRs are always nice and apologetic, but nothing makes up for the fact that I need to call them every.single.time. to log on to our account. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall.

Very disappointed in their customer service. We did not receive any correspondence or follow ups after applying for a loan through this bank. Will not be opening an account.

The staff is always courteous. I always get help within a timely manner and they know me and my family by name. Love banking here!

Bank was decent in the past when it was Peninsula but since the change to FCB it has gone down hill. Tellers use to be the same for years and now they go through them quickly and most are not pleasant to deal with. I should have pulled out a couple years ago!
