Denisa is our all time favorite teller we have ever had anywhere…. She is so friendly and personable…..we just love her.Also Pollyanna is a fantastic personalbanker…. we hope to have her forever. She is so helpful and professional, yet does so in a very connected way..Hilton also does a great job as well, and the newer teller Damien seems just as courteous and seems like a great fit.We do not feel like just a number or an account at this branch…. they really do care and we really do appreciate that. We enjoy getting to walk into this bank every single time.

My 95 year old father had some problems with his account. He made some mistakes but these wonderful folks at this bank were so understanding and quickly resolved the issue. Really over the top customer service.

Apparently branch management is unconcerned with prompt customer service. .as one teller works the counter and drive thru. Long lines inside, and out. The only response, "it's going to be a minute."

I gave one star because I could not give zero stars and still be able to write this review. I rarely ever write reviews but am so very frustrated and disappointed with Fifth Third Bank. Customer Service in their insurance department is HORRIBLE!! Customer Service in other departments is practically non-existent on the telephone because you get trapped in voice-jail with no person to help you. Fifth Third Bank has allowed our flood insurance to lapse and have not paid our premium from our escrow. They have called us 3 times for the insurance provider's name, etc., which we have provided each time! What a circus!!!
