Receptionist was rude and ingaged in childish back and forth rather than addressing my request to have a tech call me back... stated "she was well versed in these vehicles"...so I let her win the argument she was having with her self and assured her I would go somewhere else ! -UPDATE to owners response, i asked simply to have a tech give me a call back when available to debate this with a customer shows a total lack of interest in the customers request as i would have discussed my question more with a tech as i requested ( not demanded ) , and yes after about the 3rd time my request was ignored i spoke over "Jenifer " ( to get a word in ) to confirm her would be lack of customer service. My day was going great not having a bad day at all :-)

The service here is top notch and they always leave you feeling like they took care of your vehicle as if it was their own. The receptionist was very nice when I called in to set my appointment. Whether its basic maintenance or something unexpected, Eurospec Autowerks is the place to bring your vehicle.

I cannot say enough good things about Eurospec. It’s not always a pleasant “dollar” visit but I know everything has been done CORRECT!! Jennifer is alway in touch with me on the status of my MINI COOPER. Having a Mini comes with its challenges but I’m thankful I have them close by me. Do yourself a favor and let them become your personal garage for your car. Always honest, upfront and caring. Thank you so much for being there for me when I need you.

Omg !! This place rocks ! I took my z3 there after being told by another local shot by the circle k that my computer was shot - after they claimed all the fuses were good . And they weren’t able to do the work . I took my car to Eurospec . I was quoted that the computer would be 600$. Not thrilled but it had to be done - they were in contact with me all the time . When they told me it was just a FUSE !! And a wrong bulb in the rev lights . 160$ was the total . I was Flippen happy as a clam !!

Eurospec won my husband's trust and mine as well. There isn't a lot of European Garage that can fix his cars' problem, and we can trust. He brought his Convertible Quattro here for the first time, and hallelujah! He finally found a European garage that was passionate and knew what to do. They professionally handled his Quattro's issue. They updated him timely, and his car was back in no time. I just bought my very own first German SUV. I'm glad my husband discovered Eurospec Autowerks. I feel confident who to go to....just in case.

The Eurospec - European Auto Repair Shop is excellent. Their staff are thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.

It's hard finding a mechanic shop that not only you can trust, but is truly knowledgeable in their field, & you really get the best of both worlds here. I can't imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else again. My problems have always been taken care of quickly and efficiently, and I am treated with care and respect. They care about their customers, they care about the cars, & they care about fixing your issue! Even if it's just routine maintenance. You don't find these characteristics anywhere anymore. I will recommend this business to everyone over and over!

I can't say enough great things about this place everything and everyone from start to finish is amazing. Jennifer at the front desk is absolutely wonderful and every time I've had service there they've done no less than a stellar job. If you want the job done right this is where you go.
