Purchased a vehicle a few months ago. Found that the title had a STOP on it from a previous owner, 3 YEARS AGO. Ford sold me this vehicle without clearing the title! Called dealership and Zach said he would fix it. He didn't so I called dealership back, and spoke with salesman John to get GM's name. He said he was under no obligation to tell me. Told me to change my "tone" or he'd put it on back burner like Zach did. Hung up and called Corporate Ford. Made formal complaint on "John" and gave them info on Title STOP. Few hours later received message from dealership it was taken care of. Love my Ford's but won't deal with this shady dealership ever again, or any that are managed by Ed Bielen.

We were offered a free oil change if we left a positive review. We just can't do it. We found the Maverick we wanted and got a good price for our trade in. However, during the process with the finance guy, we found out that our salesman Derrick wasn't completely truthful during the negotiating period. He likes to say things and then back track on them and say you misheard him or that's not what he meant. He stated as we discussed the pricing over the phone that the truck had come from the Ford lot in Nokomis and that they had already put the ceramic coating on the truck. He said he couldn't waive the fee but could get it discounted. So, we agreed to meet halfway. So, it was like getting a $2500 package really cheap. Well, we find out through the finance guy that it doesn't have the ceramic coating and that it's the 2nd time that Derrick has told people that week that the vehicle did. He even went out right away to tell Derrick. Derrick backtracked quickly on it and started saying a bunch of stuff that didn't make sense.
Zach, the finance guy was really friendly until we passed on all the extended warranties. He said, " I guess you don't want to protect your vehicle." No, not when those additional warranties cost between $7-$10k on top of the vehicle. He probably gets a bonus for each additional warranty sold. One alone was $3240. We also told the salesman several times that we wanted a 60-month loan term. Nobody listens as they gave us a 72-month term. This way the extended warranties look cheaper per month.
Neither person went over the warranties on the truck nor discussed anything about the truck. So, we called our Ford salesman back in Kansas City, MO when we got home. He spent 20 minutes or so going over all the details. We'll send him a gift card for helping us.
We ended up paying the price we wanted for the truck, but we wouldn't go back there. We can't trust them. Now we know why they offer the free oil change for a positive review, if that was even true.
Edit: Of course they gave a generic response. If they really cared, they would reach out to the customer. Instead, they want to give the false impression that they actually care.
Update: Just noticed that they apparently removed the Mathews-Currie sticker from the tailgate and did a really poor job of it. There is sticker residue all over the tailgate under the hybrid symbol. It might be better than having an Englewood Ford sticker on it though.

Amy was able to get me in on short notice. Amy and Rob are always outstanding and friendly. Nathan a quick lane tech has done all my work and he is thorough. As I have said, If all Ford quick lanes were run as well as this one, others would probably have fewer complains and higher CSI scores.

Not the typical dealership. They don’t drag you through all the haggling back-and-forth, which takes hours, and can be very frustrating. I received a great deal upfront and moved forward with my purchase. They made it easy, which isn’t the norm for car dealerships, from sales to the F&I department, I highly recommend Englewood Ford.

Craig in maintenance is amazing!!! Kept me updated throughout the entire service process! My repairs took two days and I was called and updated every step of the way. This dealership also answers their phones and gives great customer service vs the other dealerships that don’t even answer their phones! Like why would I take my car to a place that can’t even do that for their customers?!
This dealership is worth driving an hour one way for! Way to go Englewood Ford for taking good care of me and my little peanut car and being the most reliable dealership out there!! ????

Fabulous experience today with Phillip!! Exceeded my expectations!!! I had been to another local Ford service center earlier in the week and they came NO WHERE near to giving me the service and information Phillip did today !! Englewood Ford isn’t as convenient for me but as long as Phillip is there I will be your consistent customer for service !! Hopefully I can purchase my next new car from you as well.
