I’ve had terrible experiences with CVS pharmacies up north. This one was great. Our script was to be ready in about 4 hrs after it was called in but the text had an option for expedited service. The medication was for vomiting so I clicked Expedite and got a text in 10 min that it was ready. As a Marine I say: Job Well Done.

The young lady in the pharmacy could not find our name in the system. She called for assistance from the pharmacist/manager who also had the same problem. Instead of listening to me as I called my friend she ordered me to get out of line and move to another person.Brandon listened to the same information they had gotten and found our prescription very quickly. When the pharmacist/manager had to review the order as Brandon was finishing the transaction she questioned me on the detail of the prescription....I couldn't answer nor cared to since it was direct from the doctor and I couldn't have answered if I wanted to.She may have had a long day, but was not as professional or polite as she should have been.Grateful for Brandon's help.

I rarely do reviews, simply because most service is metiocre, at best. The exception to this...is Brianna! When I walk in she always greets me with a smile! If I need help finding something, she knows exactky where to find it. She's a pleasure to see & chat with as I shop.Great job, Brianna!!Onward & Upward

This is not a place to shop for personal items if you want to get in and out quickly! The cashier is to busy showing customers how to use the self check out and slowing that process down while doing so! The pharmacy is terrible about returning phone calls when having questions you MUST leave a message for a call back! I left a message Friday and it’s now Monday afternoon and I am still waiting! I will change my rating as long as they change their processes for the better of the customer. I have a feeling after reading the reviews I should not have just switched from Walgreens to CVS!! Maybe Sams Club or Walmart?? We shall see!!

This place is mismanaged. The pharmacy closes for lunch every day. This is an inconvenience to anyone that has to drop off or pick up prescriptions between 1:30/2:00pm. Because it closes the line to get waited on in either the drive thru or at the counter is lengthy. This is not good customer service.Today 01/11/2024 U spent over 30 minutes in the drive up line waiting to pick up a prescription. It seems like they want you to take your business elsewhere. The sign thanks you for your patience. What a joke in the name money.

Very short. Very rude. Store must be getting lots of negative feedback from customers on the ‘new’ we have to call you back program. Store promised my husband Jardiance today and called back saying it would be Monday. The girl that answered the phone was short ride and lacked any concern. She stated it was not her fault and hung up

Absolutely horrible store. My sister went in to grab insulin syringes, and the pharmacy was absolutely horrible to her, denied her the syringes and then implied something else! Bottom of the barrel store! Take the drive to Walmart!

if I could give zero stars I would, I work in englewood and live in punta gorda. I am a type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump since I was born. my insulin pump failed while at work in englewood and y'all who know about type one diabetics we cannot be with out insulin ever because our body does not make any, I want the the pharmacy to just purchase syringes to make it through the work day until I have to go home. they refused to sell me any and said they can't prove what my syringes are going to be used for even though I showed them my insulin pump with the failed pod error. and on my drivers license it says insulin dependent. I was so humiliated and left in tears wondering how am I going to get my blood sugar below 400, I would also like to say about a month ago I went into this place and they sold me what I needed. and what's so sick is they'll give syringes to drug users but when its an actual life or death situation they put a label on you and its sicking.........

My CVS Employer, Nancy, was extremely nice and helpful with me. She found the product that I was directed to, but, could not find without a problem. 5*****stars for her! Thank you.

Pharma service was rude and not helpful. They told me their automated system was not accurate. They would not answer the phone. Voicemail was not responded to.

Great staff at this location. They are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Izzy helped us with our Covid Boosters for my parents. She was very kind and patient. She also gave me insight into the CVS carepass program that I did not know. VERY HELPFUL! Thank you Izzy and staff at the Englewood CVS! You all are great!!
