They gave my husband's medicine to another person, and it has to be ordered. It made his Dr so concerned that he won't send any more scripts to the Englewood cvs on mcall off Pine Street. They almost killed my husband and messed up the doctors orders & not just my family the Dr said he keeps getting complaints that his patients on cancer medications are not getting them in time or the pharmacy is giving them to others who are on the same medication but last on the list ppl who could wait longer bevause they have some left, which screws up how the Dr can order them. The Dr just quit sending his patients there, plus they are rude and think they are Dr's and they are not Dr's. Do yourself a favor avoid this one on Mcall rd on corner of Pine Street if you need life-saving medicine. Or you could be next....

I had read, that parcels could be mailed in this particular CVS store, but I soon learned otherwise. As I waited in the area of the store, where parcels are handled, one of the clerks gruffly asked me what I was there for. I replied, that I wanted to mail a package, after which she informed me, that I could go to the front registers for that purpose. A female customer snapped at me, that I needed to, "Get in line!", and then quickly excused her behavior, by saying that she didn't know that she could bring her parcel to the front registers, either. After she left, I approached the register and behaved very politely, but was greeted by yet one more unpleasant, gruff, and downright rude sales person, who treated me very, very poorly. The saleswoman inspected my package with suspicion and contempt upon her face, and then announced that she could not mail my package, if it did not contain something which I had purchased in that store. I patiently explained to her, what the package contained. Following that, she contradicted herself, by saying that she would assist me in sealing the box and that she might be able to mail it, after I informed her that I had a
Fedex label for it. She then reversed her previous statements, by saying that she could not mail a Fedex package (even though she and one more salesperson two weeks ago, had said that Fedex packages can be mailed at this store). She suggested that I go to the parcel mailing center at the Tiffany Plaza, which is a long distance away. I had walked to this CVS store because I am currently without a vehicle, and therefore, I was forced to walk to the Tiffany Plaza after I left this CVS. After she suggested that I do that, I politely asked her what time it was, and she looked at me and reacted, as if I were asking something completely unreasonable and imposing on her. In the current political climate in the United States and in the State of Florida, I have very little doubt at all, that the reason I was rudely bullied and mistreated in this CVS store, was my ethnicity.

Five stars for Brandon who went above and beyond to help me figure something out in the pharmacy! He was polite, willing to help with no hesitation. Didn't catch the other guys name who is not a pharmacist but his attitude and behavior towards me needs a management session and perhaps some time off, he was rude, never smiled once, bad attitude and just left me very upset. What he said couldn't be done, Brandon did and finished the transaction. He deserves a raise for excellent customer service

Worst service I've ever encountered. Rude unprofessional will be taking my business elsewhere. Old women at the pharmacy counter and I am being nice was a degrading SNOTT. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

They are not unreliable, sketchy and rude. Prescriptions tend to be misplaced, go missing and they always have a reason specifically narcotic medication. Same problems happen to other people including family when in regards to certain medication. I recommend going elsewhere. Changing pharmacies as of today.
CALL FDA if you are having the same issue.

CVS pharmacy people are very rude. If you have any related medication to soberness they take their time next minute they don’t have it next minute we got a couple we can give you then it’s no we’re completely out worst place ever.

You can't get your rx when promised there is always a catch. They are rude, condescending. and frankly they play games with those on scheduled medications. I feel as if they think they are better than others that have to take medication. I am switching as of today. I pray I never have to use the CVS on Oriole!

I’ve had terrible experiences with CVS pharmacies up north. This one was great. Our script was to be ready in about 4 hrs after it was called in but the text had an option for expedited service. The medication was for vomiting so I clicked Expedite and got a text in 10 min that it was ready.As a Marine I say: Job Well Done.

The young lady in the pharmacy could not find our name in the system. She called for assistance from the pharmacist/manager who also had the same problem. Instead of listening to me as I called my friend she ordered me to get out of line and move to another person.Brandon listened to the same information they had gotten and found our prescription very quickly.When the pharmacist/manager had to review the order as Brandon was finishing the transaction she questioned me on the detail of the prescription....I couldn't answer nor cared to since it was direct from the doctor and I couldn't have answered if I wanted to.She may have had a long day, but was not as professional or polite as she should have been.Grateful for Brandon's help.

I rarely do reviews, simply because most service is metiocre, at best. The exception to this...is Brianna! When I walk in she always greets me with a smile! If I need help finding something, she knows exactky where to find it. She's a pleasure to see & chat with as I shop.Great job, Brianna!!Onward & Upward
