It seems the people who dispense prescriptions are more interested in having lengthy social conversations with people waiting in line, than actually helping the other 30 folks who are hoping or trying to pick up their own prescriptions. Dispensary people, please just do your job (dispensing prescriptions) and stop focusing on chatting up the inconsiderate people whose sole "social pursuit" is to discuss their biographies with you!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! So I had a coupon from my doctor that said my prescription was supposed to be 65$ they ran it and said it was 85$. Then they ran it again and said it was 95$ !!!! Obviously an error on there end. So then I wanted to use my good rx coupon and they said no they weren't gonna do it because they had to go on lunch. The pharmacists are rude and have no idea what they're doing. I would give a 0 star if I could. Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I'm livid!!! These people have NO compassion. I'm filing a complaint to corporate as I'm typing this. Don't get your prescriptions filled here. It's too much of a hassle.

It'll be ready today after our lunch break really means we had to order it and you might get it tomorrow. Liars or incompetent, you be the judge. New Update. Now it won't be in for yet another day. Newest update. They told me I wouldn't get the prescription until Monday because they don't get delivery's on Friday anymore. I called in an incident report because as it turns out they had my prescription the whole time. They were purposely punishing me for complaining about them to the customer service hotline. They found my "lost" prescription in 5 minutes. If I didn't report them I would have waited another 4 days. So please call 1-888-607-4287 everytime the pharmacy employees "accidentally" don't want to do their job. The people at the call center are wonderful CVS workers who actually care. Not Englewood CVS. They lack empathy. Stay very very far away. RPH Jacquelyn Martinez is the one who did this to me.

I filed a formalComplaint with corporate today after vile treatment last Friday-the pharmacy claims scrips aren't faxed, electronically submitted etc, over and over again and has real problems filling prescriptions correctly and in a timely manner. I've never done anything like this before and after being a lifelong customer-transferred my business to Lemon Bay pharmacy. There's no excuse fie this pharmacy's terrible service and rude, obnoxious staff.

I can't even give them one star. They have completely destroyed my holiday s and more. The pharmacy refuses to fill all my proscription s right before Christmas leaving me EXTREMELY sick and dying. I am terminally ill and they will not fill my pain medicine or medicine to stay alive. I have already contacted a medical malpractice lawyer and will be taking them to court.

Always an aggravation. I am changing my insurance provider just so I don't have to deal with this pharmacy ever again. Will be paying more but worth every penny...

I called this facility in regards to my 12 year old child getting a at home COVID Test from their place of business! I hope these people aren't honestly putting children in comas and taking blood from them! You better get my babies, grand babies, god babies, grand god babies, and my birth family outta those comas! As federal rights victims, my children and birth family, have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness! Justice and liberty for all! Especially the children! I believe immunizations were invented for adults! They were NEVER intended for children nor their sperm nor embryos! If it is necessary to administer an injection to a minor, it should NEVER be longer than a half inch long! If you give Billy Ray Miller a at home COVID TEST I am going to sue the pants off you! You know convincing a child they rather be dead than live this life is coercion of a minor! Especially, when the guardians are 73 & 72 years old and in light of them being diagnosed with Syphullus! Come on people, let's stop this madness! Some of these peoples true age is over 10,000 years old! You all have medical ethical guidelines to uphold! You will held accountable for your own actions! AMEN!

I usually like this store. Employees are very helpful. But today I give it a 1 due to the management. Management decided today that it would be a spectacular decision not to have one of their employees running the cash register to force customers who wanted to pay in cash to use a self checkout machine. I know this to be true because my Dad, 85, came out to the car and asked me to come in because there were no cashiers to check him out. I came in and found an employee to ch

I watch these people run around to help customers. Times are tough right now. Words of kindness mean so much. Be patient because I'm pretty sure they are as frustrated as you. Say thanks and smile.

Pharmacy staff is uncaring. Lines are very long. I called Sunday at noon and prescriptions were to be ready Sunday afternoon. I went to pick up on Monday and was informed my prescips wouldn't be ready for a half hour. One staff member on several occasions was very abrasive to others and myself. I am new to Englewood and very unimpressed and sad that the management isn't proactive. Nice store with nicely stocked shelves and resort wear but after 4 trips there, I am relocating our prescriptions to Walgreens.

Normally have no issues or nothing bad to say at all about this location and is why I fill my scripts here. However this last visit I had four prescriptions to pick up that were suppose to be ready the night before. When I went to pick up, there was one of the four prescriptions not ready yet and they told me it would be about 15 minutes until it was ready. 30 minutes later, I go back to pick it up and they tell me it would be about 30 minutes into it was ready. I understand if you get back up and fall behind filling orders but when you have customers aimlessly walking around the store waiting on their name to be called 15 minutes becoming 45 minutes or greater is an issue that maybe you should let your customers know about so they aren't standing around waiting or don't give them a bogus time frame of waiting to begin with. It's very frustrating and if it was done to me, I'm sure it was done to many others.

Pharmacy staff is rude. Must be understaffed. I just called and they answered the phone "15 minute wait" click hold. I would never walk into this place if I wasn't forced to by my insurance company. Miss Walgreens

They altered my husbands prescription from what the doctor prescribed and when He. he confronted them they told him he was wrong. I take photos of all his prescriptions and then when we confronted them again, their story changed that they did it to save him money but in the end his copay is the same regardless. I want what was originally prescribed as that is how he has taken it for many years. I regret taking my prescription there.
