CVS would not fill my prescription because ALL of my prescriptions were not with them. It was a controlled substance but given from a local specialist.

This location has very helpful staff members. A member opened up a 2nd register to help maintain a very short wait for me. Also, she was knowledgeable about my question I needed to ask.

I am rating CVS on the one time I had to pick up medication for a family member. The pharmacy was packed with a long line which went fairly quick. I had a handful of products I was hoping to check out all at once at the pharmacy window. The pharmacy tech/clerk forgot within seconds that she was to ring out my additional products along with the prescription. I told her it was okay I’ll go up front and check out my additional items. When I got to the register there was nobody working it. I hear a lady say check out is over here at the self checkout, which I loath! So I jump in that line for “self checkout”. Once I make it up there the cashier was bagging my items while chatting with the customer behind me not paying attention that she wasn’t going fast enough putting my items in the bag before I scanned the next item! Every single item she had to put a code into the monitor proving it went into the bag! Then she had the nerve to tell me it was my fault I was going to fast? I have used plenty of self check-outs and not ONE SINGE TIME did a store employee bag my items but she insisted!! I said true customer service would be you behind the cash register ringing out my items in a timely manner! The self service checkout here is horrible! I refuse to do my shopping at this store when having prescriptions filled. So far the pharmacy has been great.Hopefully someone in management will realize the retail side needs to focus on the customers needs and maybe add an additional clerk. In the long run you will be making more money by spending a little bit.

The new “ confidential phone line” in the pharmacy sucks. No one returns calls and it is impossible to call and talk to the staff without getting in the car and driving all the way over,. Whoever thought it’s a better way to interact is mistaken. Especially the senior population who makes up much of this community. Wake-upCVS and hire enough personnel to meet the needs of the people you supposedly care about.

The Englewood store, like most all retail box stores these days, does the best they can with the staff hours they're allowed daily/weekly. I have more patience than many others due to being retired, so my in-store shopping experience is generally very good, even with the pharmacy. My major complaint is what it takes to get through to a human on the phone in the local pharmacy--it's maddening and takes 10 or more minutes, often times longer. This doesn't count getting cut off and starting again. This part of the CVS customer experience is shameful.I have, however, noticed what seems to be an improvement with faster movement through the pharmacy drive-thru, AND friendliness, which is always a bonus.I hope this is helpful to the CVS management folks. We customers regularly experience the general retail pain.

It seems the people who dispense prescriptions are more interested in having lengthy social conversations with people waiting in line, than actually helping the other 30 folks who are hoping or trying to pick up their own prescriptions. Dispensary people, please just do your job (dispensing prescriptions) and stop focusing on chatting up the inconsiderate people whose sole "social pursuit" is to discuss their biographies with you!!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! So I had a coupon from my doctor that said my prescription was supposed to be 65$ they ran it and said it was 85$. Then they ran it again and said it was 95$ !!!! Obviously an error on there end. So then I wanted to use my good rx coupon and they said no they weren't gonna do it because they had to go on lunch. The pharmacists are rude and have no idea what they're doing. I would give a 0 star if I could. Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I'm livid!!! These people have NO compassion. I'm filing a complaint to corporate as I'm typing this. Don't get your prescriptions filled here. It's too much of a hassle.

It'll be ready today after our lunch break really means we had to order it and you might get it tomorrow. Liars or incompetent, you be the judge. New Update. Now it won't be in for yet another day. Newest update. They told me I wouldn't get the prescription until Monday because they don't get delivery's on Friday anymore. I called in an incident report because as it turns out they had my prescription the whole time. They were purposely punishing me for complaining about them to the customer service hotline. They found my "lost" prescription in 5 minutes. If I didn't report them I would have waited another 4 days. So please call 1-888-607-4287 everytime the pharmacy employees "accidentally" don't want to do their job. The people at the call center are wonderful CVS workers who actually care. Not Englewood CVS. They lack empathy. Stay very very far away. RPH Jacquelyn Martinez is the one who did this to me.

I filed a formalComplaint with corporate today after vile treatment last Friday-the pharmacy claims scrips aren't faxed, electronically submitted etc, over and over again and has real problems filling prescriptions correctly and in a timely manner. I've never done anything like this before and after being a lifelong customer-transferred my business to Lemon Bay pharmacy. There's no excuse fie this pharmacy's terrible service and rude, obnoxious staff.

I can't even give them one star. They have completely destroyed my holiday s and more. The pharmacy refuses to fill all my proscription s right before Christmas leaving me EXTREMELY sick and dying. I am terminally ill and they will not fill my pain medicine or medicine to stay alive. I have already contacted a medical malpractice lawyer and will be taking them to court.
