AVOID. Stopped in here with a girlfriend for some beach essentials and the self service checkout kiosk wasn't working. We were yelled at by an associate named Linda. She then took it upon herself to throw our snacks and shame us in front of the other customers. The sign on the door said please be kind to staff. Kind of disheartening. Safe to say we will drive further to avoid this station and the management

I was treated rudely this morning @ Circle K store Sept. 25th @ 6:55 a.m. Store location is 2035 N Beach Rd, Englewood, FL 34223. The employee was a female.

We went in to this Circle K location. We have two small kids. We purchased three drinks for $6. When we asked for curtesy cups so that they could share, they tried charging $.69 per cup for them. We put the cups back.This policy has deterred us from doing any further business here, especially given that there are numerous convenience stores in a short distance in englewood.The rationale from the operator at the counter, of course, was that they are passing along the costs of cups to the customer. Not entirely sure if this makes sense. I can see it if they sold drinks very cheaply (a small markup), but $6 for Gatorade is pretty standard. Also, $.69 for a plastic cup is excessive. I might have gone for it if they were $.10, but not $.69.I’d say just be smart about where you shop here. This may seem like a nonissue, but these types of policies make it hard for the consumer to navigate and naturally support the fairest deals.

Great place to stop for essentials. I accidentally left my phone while getting ice. Went back hours later and Linda who was the customer service asked me to verify the phone description before returning it to me. Wonderful honest and so humble. Wouldn't take a reward. I'll send something. Thank you Linda!

The staff here is very rude, especially someone who I believe to be the manager with short hair. No need to be so rude to the customers who keep this business going. Especially if if is not your business. Too bad it was the closest store to our rental. Made sure to go out of my way, to any other gas station, the entire week that we stayed in Manasota Key. Such a shame because I love Circle K. I don’t know how this place manages to stay in business was such a rude staff.

Pleasure to shop @ Circle K Today. 5/29/21. Theresa introduced me to a new drink @ fountains. She helped me find other items as well. She is an A+ worker @ your store. The fellow behind the counter was Fun also. You are lucky to have them. ????????

The worst experience ever, the worst costumer service ever. I hope the owner of the store will see my review. I went in the store, today, 2 hours ago, with my husband. He bought lemonade. My husband paid with cash. Very respectful, he asked the cashier (I didn't remember her name, a brunette lady) please, if is possible can you give me change in some bills of singles. Her reaction: she start start yelling, I repeat yelling at him: Noooo, I hear this all day, every day. You have a sign that you are hiring right now. If she is having a bad day, she can go home. I want to let everyone now about my experience, so she can not ruin someone else vacation. We are here on vacation, and both of as we are working costumer service. She teach me today a lesson, I work very hard for my money, like everyone else, to have my money, you have to deserve them. One star it' s to much for my experience. 0 star

I hope the owner sees this because I had a terrible experience with what I believe was the manager. She was an older lady with short white hair and I didnt catch her name. I went in there with my girlfriend to pick up some cigarettes and a drink and the cashier asked for my ID and I'm close to 30 so I expected it and I had my wallet in the car so I told her I would go get it and then the manager yelled out "good job!" When I came back with my ID the manager said she would take over and that she needed two ID's for the cigarettes and that she wasnt going to sell me anything (including my Gatorade) but she eventually sold me everything and I told her that I get that people have bad days but it's not ok to take it out on other people you dont know and that i hope her day got better.

Stopped to get ice for a beach day. The store cleark was rudely pushing customes out saying her computer was down. We asked if we could give her cash for the ice she said no and shut the door in my husband's face and locked it! Very rude staff! Had to drive several miles for ice. Sorry excuse of a clerk! Othere were also commenting on how rude she was to customers!
