The staff is severely under trained. No one in the bank knows how to do a simple cash advance off of a card. I’m closing my account with them ASAP.

Dropped off a form for automatic deduction of HOA fees from checking account. Was assured the debit would start on the 1st of July. It is now July 6th and not only did the debit not start on time, the bank says they have no record of the transaction or no "paperwork" on the request. Also they won't answer the phone and you sit on hold. Very poor business practices. What's worse is this is the same bank that the association management company uses so this request should have been simple to process and complete.

Attempted to make a drive thru deposit in Englewoid, Florida this morning only to find the branch is closed. Further, the my100bank website indicates that the Englewood office is open. Driving to your Venice office is not convenient for me. Seems like my business is not important to Centennial Bank.

I keep my savings and my personal mortgage in this bank. All of the tellers, loan officers and managers know me by name. I see them out in the community on various volunteer organizations and so on so they care about the community!. This is a solid group of people who work hard, are friendly and always helpful. I love this bank and I try to refer people to this bank when I can. In a world of corporate feeling banking institutions, this bank stands apart as a community minded bank!
