Worked herel 9 years never missed a day, I was fired because they said I missed used employee discount, management Jonathan and Donald were the ones that said I could use my employee discount for my family if they use cash , please Englewood shop somewhere else and let this place close up , thankyou Brian ,,,,nice to know all of yous,,

I live very close to this store and visited the store 4 times a week on average for the past 2 years until today I have never had one bad experience here always friendly and helpful workers but they got new managers and they are very rude and horrible customer service I would try to avoid this place till they get there stuff figured out if you do have to run in the store make sure to deal with Brian or Jerrie

I was shopping for a customer and had no idea the place was closing soon. One lady there was nice she was at least trying to help me out even though a customer just finish treating her horribly and the other lady was yelling at me at the top of her lungs “we’re closing soon!” “I have to lock the door!” “hurry!”, “there’s people in the parking lot!” they didn’t have anything in stock that the customer requested, the lady that was yelling could careless that I was just there trying to make some money to eat. I would have given one star but the other lady was so nice to me. I ended up crying in the car because I was forced to cancel the order and was overwhelmed from all the scrambling and yelling this lady did at me. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this and offers some kind of training on situations like this.

Decent selection of furniture, but horrible customer service. We were interested in purchasing living room furniture but left in frustration after 30 minutes waiting for salesman (who was present the entire time) to even our acknowledge our presence. Would never shop there again.
