This place has only gone more downhill since I moved here 6 years ago. No drive thru. Usually only one teller open and always a minimum of 4 people in line. The staff always seems annoyed with customers trying to get their money like they own it. You’d think for a growing area they’d be adding a teller or a drive thru but it seems like they are trying to phase out in person interaction (also known as cash). Even Regions down the street is nicer than BOA and they are a large bank too.

Absolutely worst service ever. Unless you have 1hr to wait and try to cash your check this is the place to join.

I was very glad to visit your bank, while I was standing in line, they approached me in Russian and advised me, which was much more convenient for me, Because this is my native language. Many thanks to the employee who speaks Russian.??

Customer service has reached its lowest. Cant even get someone to look at you when they say No. Just trying to deposit a check to fix my house from Hurricane Ian. Cant do it because my ex lives 3 hours away and needs to be present. Im fixing my destroyed house, not running away. Been with them for 30 years, absolutely the worst experience in banking in my life. Take your money elsewhere. Unless you like incredibly poor customer service.

Drive thru is horrible!!! You can’t see the screen! You would think SOMEONE would be smart enough to fix that! Concrete curbing is NOT VISABLE!!!! And not needed. I damaged a tire!!!!

Every time I get paid there's always an issue with getting access to my paycheck. Every single time not to mention half was taken. Any time I try and do almost anything they lock my card and I have to jump through hoops to unlock it. Worst bank I've ever had. And answer the phone please

Don't go to this particular location. Open a different bank account if you live in the area. It will save you alot of stress over the years.

There’s no one to answer the telephone. Pretty unbelievable, when you are serving a community w mostly seniors. I went through the phone loop 3x.

BOA is one of the biggest banks in this country, if not the biggest, and they don't have any drive through services? Even all of the smaller, local banks have them. Not only that, but they usually only have one teller and I have to wait in line just to deposit a rent check. This makes absolutely no sense... unless it's by design for a particular reason. Yeah...
