Had to delete my review. After getting a phone call from Criag. And him acting very disrespectful to me about my " wife's " car. Why call me? Then telling me my wife is a cunt.. ! Yeah you read that correct. She called because back in Dec criag put tires on her car and recently she got a error for some kind of sensor. and the mechanic at the audi Said that the wrong size tires were put on. Well that is NOT my wife's mistake and no reason to be calling her names. He told her that he put on the same tires size that was on there. We'll she has pictures of the old tires and they do not match. Sorry Criag but they aren't the same. And just because they were installed in Dec and now it's Sept and it's causing an issue doesn't mean . She checked what tires you put on the car. She trusted that you put the correct ones on it. And for you to call me and call her names is very unprofessional!! You now have a 1 star rating from me. This is do to your actions!

UPDATE to the following review. Craig called my husband to discuss my displeasure in the following issue. Craig then kindly called me a Cunt. Yes, that is what i said. Craig calls customers a CUNT.... Not able to give 5 stars for no other reason than the Technician Craig. The owner is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. Craig on the other hand, I would turn around and leave. I was very clear as to what I wanted for tires. I didn't care about the brand. Needed to be the correct size and not effect the amazing handling that my car has. I placed all faith into the work being done properly before a long road trip north. While up there I complained how much I hated them. It was like I felt every stone and bump in the road. Figured I would deal with it they already have miles on them, nothing I could do. Well... today 9 months later, in for unrelated issue, was told by the Dealer Technician they are the wrong size. Correct sizing clearly printed inside the driver door. I call with my feelings of having been bamboozled. Craig wouldn't let me talk, only wanted to stand his ground. Told me the tires were the same as the ones he took off. Lier. I have a photo of the tires that were on my car. Definitely not the same size.
When it comes to service of any kind. If you lie to me, better hope I don't learn or already know the truth. Craig is not trustworthy. He will lie even if for no other reason than he is speaking.

There is no excuse for bad behavior to a loyal customer of 7 years.
I had a warning light on my brake light and brought it in to be fixed. The son looked at the computer, saw I had been in last for air in tires and proceeded to fill the tires with air. He never looked at the sensor and never fixed my brake light. You weren't there that day. Look at your computer and see for yourself.

I have an old Chevy Conversion Van that Dennis and his Staff have maintained for over 20 years . Everything from Brakes , Bearings,
Tires , Engine & Accessory Drive Belt and Components , Oil Changes and Window Mechanisms .They can do it all and pretty much have done it all not only for my Van but our personal vehicle . Knowledgable and Fair . Thanks A1 !

Craig was amazing! He helped me diagnose something that even Hyundai themselves couldn’t. He was upfront and honest and never came off abrasive or scammy at any point. I am a young woman which is usually a vulnerable combination in the automotive industry but Craig was very respectful and treated me with respect. I will be taking my vehicle back to him for future needs. Bonus points because he’s handsome too.
