They don't have an air/vac machine. How does a newly remolded gas station not have one. Very inconvenient when you get a flat tire.

Went in at 5 am on a Sunday morning and was charged $3.39 for a donut when the sign on display xase say $ 1.89 and gave the cashier a $20 because I only had $50. And he said it was a 10 bill which I still had in my wallet ... he was extremely rude. Won't go back during his shift. I asked when the manager will be in and he said he doesnt know her schedule.

Twice now I’ve gone and the doors have been locked. Right now it’s 9:30pm on a Tuesday and it’s not open. I pass a shell to get here and thought since it’s been closed over a year I’d get a better selection. Never again.

This place has a decent selection and ok pricing. Decently clean store. Reviewing them 2 stars because their ATM is consistently out of service, which is a major inconvenience for me because of my Banks agreement with 7/11.

I know help is hard to find, especially people that aren’t always in a bad mood, but the cashier tonight was in a terrible mood, understandable, life sucks for everyone. Then she rang in my 6-pk of beer. $17 bucks?! I questioned it, maybe it was wrong and it might be for a 12pk. She goes, ‘everything is expensive now and this is a convenience store.’ I said this might be marked wrong, I buy the same beer from Shell and it’s $11.99 at most. She goes, ‘maybe you should shop there, I don’t own the store.’ I understand this woman doesn’t own the store, but maybe you could relay the info that this may be miss-priced or incredibly overpriced. If you want theft, this is how it happens.

The cashier Adam is very personable, helpful and friendly. He brings professionalism that is lacking in many businesses these days. I was super impressed the first time I saw him there and continued to be. Thanks for great service.

My family lives near this gas station and have been going here because it's convenient. Today I went in with my lotto winnings and their scanner wasn't working, the owner came out and told me he would not be accepting my lotto ticket and told me I was trying to commit fraud and was very disgustingly rude to me. Treated me as if I was some criminal and made very very inappropriate and rude comments to me. He was sitting in the back on his phone and didn't want to help me. I had my 10 month old son with me and he tried to humiliate me and accuse me of committing fraud. I have never been so humiliated in my life, to treat someone as if they are trying to steal because the owner didn't want to give out lotto winnings? My child and I will never be going back to this gas station for anything ever again. Thankfully there is racetrack near by with really nice polite people working, and they were more then happy to assist me. My family and I will never step foot into this 7-11 again. I hope that nobody else that goes in on a day their scanner is down doesn't get accused of trying to commit a crime, because the owner is lazy, rude, and doesn't want to give people their prize money. If anything taking peoples money and making money off of a lotto purchase, then not giving out earnings is a crime. Thats fraud. But it's okay because it's 2021 and you can't accuse people and treat them like a criminal and tell them to leave your store without it coming back around to you. So the BBB, the FL lottery, and the attorney generals office has been notified of your discrimination and accusations. People that unhappy with themselves shouldn't work with the general public.!

If you are looking for a friendly encounter go elsewhere. Clerk was a j**** No greeting, no thank you. Had to ask for a bag. Said have a good one and guy looked at me like I had horns in my head. Pretty bad customer service. Go to Circle K.
