“Ben is an absolute pro at towing really low cars. He even refused a tip for making sure my car didn’t have a scratch saying this is what we do, so don’t worry about it. The prices were extremely fair and they treat you like your family. There’s a lot of scummy auto/tow places around Polk, and this one is NOTHING like that. There is no possible way I could recommend this place any more than I already do.”

“Juan was simply a life saver. I called late at night after driving the truck and backing into a gutter in the front of my house. I was getting frantic after calling several people and roadside and getting insane quotes. I called Bertito Towing and he answered the phone wide awake. He asked important questions and made suggestions. I also received a very fair quote for a 26 ft partially loaded truck. After further efforts , I called him back an hour later. He showed up very quickly and SHOWED OUT! He was very pleasant and greeted us with handshakes. Then he and his coworker got the job done in literally less than 20 mins ! There was also no damage done to the truck, which was a blessing. He then swung this monster truck around and gracefully backed it into my drive way beautifully! I was so happy I gave this stranger a hug!!! Listen... If you're ever in a slippery situation or even a tight hole( no pun intended) this is your guy! After a brief turn of events, there was a small delay (not on their behalf) and my car was returned home. i was not charged for an additional day.
