This has been the worst possible car buying experience you can image. This place of “business” that says “they are here to help you “ in fact are only there to call you liars. To tell you that you bought a vehicle “as is” and regardless of the issues he just wants your money. Cares not for any concerns of the customers. Not to mention, the owner very literally pretends to not understand English or speak it very well if he thinks you don’t speak spanish. It’s just one more tactic of manipulation and deceit that you can receive from multi car in Eloise fl. I have an entire list of mistreatments and we’ve only encountered this terrible business for less than 2 weeks. Do not buy any cars from this place you will deeply regret it and there’s nothing they will do other than steal your cash money down payments. You would just not believe the way this “owner” and his constituents treated us. Stay safe out there folks. Don’t trust this one!! There’s a reason you never see any cars there … we found out the hard way :/

The worst place to buy a can they lie to you from the start and harrass you even when your ahead on payments this is the worst car buying experience ive ever had the stress and anger the manager of this place causes people is ridiculously never again and I recommend do not buy from them trust me youll end up regretting it for a very long time. And dont believe the stars either they got their own people putting good reviews.

Worst experience with a car lot EVER!!! The service is horrible, the people are rude and ignorant, there are multiple mechanical issues with almost every vehicle on their lot, the owner is a foreigner that feels he doesn't have to abide by U.S. or state laws. Save yourself the headache and money for vehicle repairs and purchase elsewhere!

I purchase Buick Rendezvous which I have had for few years. I love it! Yes i had repairs done which is normal cost especially on used vehicle .However it was well over a year before I had to pay for any repairs. My Buick had less than 75,000 miles on it when i purchased it and i have close to 150,000 now.
I love the gal in the office. Please forgive me for forgetting your name. She is extremely friendly and since I havent had any issues she was the only person I had contact. I always paid on time or ahead which you should do to avoid problems . If i found myself in need for a vehicle i would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Multi Cars
