Followup: 8/14/2024, As a repeat customer, we had more work done on our Flex this week at Sparks. In one day they replaced our front struts and tires, with testing and balance. “I stupidly bought a used car from a small lot on Nebraska in Tampa, from Ray Samson. He erased the sensors history, and said the "check engine"light was the O2 sensor. But Shepherd told me the car will soon need a new engine, and advised me to take it back. Of course, Ray said no, all sales are final. This was an expensive lesson learned, $8000, but Shepherd kindly did not charge me for their expert opinion. Thanks, guys.”

“My tire was still in pretty good shape, got a nail in it and came in about an hour before closing hoping to get it plugged. They got me right in plugged my tire and I was on my way! Most tire places tell you that you have to make an appointment for something this simple. Not here.

2007 Mustang had shifting problems. First fix wasn’t enough, so the techs installed a brand new Hurst shifter. Wow- it is awesome. Car rides smoothly now.
Prompt service- satisfying results. Great communication protocol (text, email, phone, app, web). They even have after hours safe car pickup and drop-off.

“Showed up Saturday morning early and spoke with John at the front desk. I told him about a nail in my tire and asked for him to help me out. I have to say some of these companies I feel try and rip you off with extra fees. But John is an honest and stand-up guy. He worked with me to get new tires at a reasonable price, which was my biggest concern. This is why I come here. I highly recommend this shop before any others.”

“My family has gotten all of our flat tires fixed here for many many years now. We have gotten patches and plugs in and on our tires that actually last ! We have also gotten used tires put on here and they are always great quality barley used and we have never had any issues ! This is a great place to get your tires done at ! I recommend it to everyone that needs anything done with tires as I'm not honestly sure if they do any other services ! But great guality and great people that are genuinely nice and kind to you which is rare these days.Thanks for all the great service over the years the Duarte Family Appreciates it.”

Because it's an aftermarket AC it was a nightmare to find the right part, but Ed made as many trips as it took to get one and did an expert job in getting us back to Fort Myers.
