We were on vacation and my wife needed to have her bra fitted. Ashley helped her with the correct fitting bra for her. She was impressed by how Ashley made sure the bra fitted comfortably. She is a real asset to Soma.

Not the typical service your usually given in soma. The sales associates were attempting to measure my daughter's bra size in the middle of the store full of customers.

I arrived right after the store opened and there were already a number of customers in the store. The associates went above and beyond with every customer. They were juggling several requests at a time but remained professional and so friendly! Great experience.

This store and the employees have gone down hill fast. The employees don't know what their talking about offer bras that don't even do what they say they're supposed to do. The new staff that's there in the last few months aren't even bra certified. The store looks like it's closing, where did all the merchandise go? Don't anyone replenish the merchandise? When I go in there its always a mess a ton of go backs all over the back and in boxes and on the floor. What's going on over there? Staff is not friendly and not informative of what merchandise they have or don't have or how to even go by about getting what's not in the store. Very unsatisfied and used to be a VERY loyal shopper and used to recommend.

Ashley and Jillian were amazing! They took the time to greet me and ask what I needed help finding. Jillian was happy to look in the back for bras that are my size. I purchased most of what she brought out. I've been a customer for a long time but this has been my best experience, thank you so much!

We have been visiting this particular store for over 5 years. It used to be a good experience. We used to purchase 5+ dresses. However, there are no long dresses or sun dresses. Minimal floor traffic. Basically this has become an over priced underwear store.Sadly, I cannot recommend them. Perhaps if thety get merchandise....
