I don’t understand the hours that you hours are open, I don’t see it posted on the Google site and I have had to wait for the store to open even when the front desk says it is opening soon. Can you post your hours on Google and stick to it so we can plan accordingly?

Honestly, never done business with them but have been in the shop many times and have yet to ever see anyone working outside of the sharpening booth. I have 2 boys that I needed to get fitted and a daughter that needs new skates and we’re just going to Tampa instead. Such a shame they don’t give a hoot about service. The store looks like they’re going out of business. Dirty, very picked over and not organized.

Drove 45 min to come check out the store. Not many hockey equipment stores in the region. Middle of the day, lots of employees stadium around, store is closed. Very disappointing! It only takes 1 person to man a store. If the rink is open, the store should be open! You are the only hockey store to cover hundreds of miles!

New to the game of hockey, came in to buy some gear to start up. Was greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Hayden. He walked me through all the equipment that I would need. Also let me try everything on to make sure that it was fit, he was extremely personable and a huge help. Thank you so much buddy have a Merry Christmas.

Never had a bad experience, great little local shop . My son plays hockey at this rink and if there is a piece of equipment that he forgot they are quick to make sure you have something to play with .They are very helpful and kind

A small shop in an older rink. Sure the stock isn't current or in the plenty but the staff is very personable and their prices on most items are the same as online sites minus the shipping. Skate sharpening is done well. Maybe not the fastest but a great job. If you support them the business can grow. Walk in with realistic expectations and walk out happy. Thanks guys. See ya next time.

The WORST pro shop you can ever go to. Says certain hours but never shows up on time, took 4 weeks to get my skates and we had to order different ones (the whole time we were lied to about him ordering them) my friend waited 11 weeks before cancelling her skate order. He only takes 2 mins to sharpen the skates and is over all rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND

This store has horrendous customer service. I will not be doing business with them again. I only recommend if you enjoy being lied to and enjoy getting the runaround. I really cannot day anything positive about my experience. Ordering skates from this store was a terrible mistake

Worst hockey shop you'll ever go to. Avoid at all costs. Owner is rude and is impossible to get in contact with, hours make no sense, shop is completely empty of gear, prices are not competitive at all, orders take months to come in, and more. Zero respect for the customer. Go to 2nd time sports or play it again where the people actually care about the sport and their customers.
