She did really good sit and she was the only one in there and it blows my mind when people walk in there At 11:58, knowing that she takes lunch at 12 and gets mad it blows my mind but she was really good and I will definitely be going back to her”

“They don't ask what you came to the company for, the employees sit in the back, I had to walk in to the back, just to get service after waiting several minutes. Then I was rudely pointed at and told to back to the front. It was not great service but they did what I needed. They are certified, so I gave 5 stars.”

“I have always had a hard time with getting blood drawn. I always end up getting sick or passing out, or the person drawing it cannot find a vein. That was not the case here, they took care of me and had me in and out in 15 minutes. This was the first time in YEARS that I got through getting my blood drawn without throwing up. They made me very comfortable and were so helpful!!”

“I got lucky and didn't have to wait for my pre employment drug screen. I must have come at a good time in the afternoon, so that was very nice not having to wait. The mobile check in process is nice and quick, I think it's useful and makes it more efficient rather than signing the typical clipboard form in the front. Ashley was super quick and no frills. You can tell that she can work skillfully in a fast paced environment. Employees like her are much needed in a busy lab like this.”

“There should be a phone on the wall to call in the back if we have problems or questions. For one I needed to tell someone I either had to run home to get my paperwork or I could call my doctor and have it faxed I had to interrupt one of the nurses that came out to talk to someone else and I would have rather not bothered her just think that could be a courtesy offered”
“My lab tech was soooo nice, personable, funny and professional! I get very nervous getting bloodwork done and he quickly eased my anxiety and made it quite entertaining!”

“This Quest location is centrally located and easy to access..the waiting room is clean. Check-in is easy and quick. I had a 7:30 AM Appointment and had no wait time. Staff was professional and competent. I had my results in less that 24 hours. Incredible!”

“I appreciate this site. It is run smoothly. A lady in the clinic greets everyone at the door first thing in the morning. Then she organizes the appointments and directs people to run things efficiently. My phlebotomist, Katie, was kind, professional and make me feel comfortable. 5 Stars for Katie too!!! I will be back to this location.
* Heres a tip do everything online and when yu arrive at the office check in online so when it opens you can go right in. Makes a smoother process for everyone. Don't have a computer or smart phone no worries they have a computer/ Kiosk inside when you walk in. Hope this helps someone.”
