“I had an exceptional experience with Robin at Mattress Firm on University in Sarasota/Bradenton near the UTC Mall. I was very specific about what I liked and disliked in a bed. She thoughtfully listened and pointed me in the direction of just 3 or 4 beds to try, giving thorough explanation and answering all my questions. I appreciated her knowledge (she’s worked for MF over 10 years) and engagement. She removed the element of overwhelm and actually made the process enjoyable. She also didn’t steer me immediately to the luxury beds, respected my cost parameters since I needed 2 beds and 2 bases. Also I’m pleased with the pricing and financing options offered. My beds arrive in a few days, after which I’ll need to review those! For now, thank you to Robin and Mattress Firm for a really positive “selection” experience! Really well done.”

He said they were booked up the next day but would try. The furniture I needed was there the next Morning. Awesome. This time o was looking for a freezer. And again Brad was able to find one at another store. He knew who to talk to at the other store and was able to get it shipped to Brads store to be delivered. ASAP.Thank you Brad. “I got my mattress from the sales at Red Barn Flea market, and the sales guy told me about this mattress his Daughter had to have and said it was out of this world comfortable, so I got it the salesmans Son delivered it, set it up and this mattress is so comfortable and lets me get a good night's sleep.
