Very hostile staff, I ended up donating our stuff to a family owned local thrift store and I recommended everyone else does the same

Running on my way to work and tried to drop off a donation. There was were two cars in front of me and the first one had a ton of donations. The second car waiting brought their donations out since it was only a few items. I decided to do the same and was told by the guy working there to go back to my car, take my stuff and wait my turn.
I explained I’m heading to work and just wanted to drop off and go. The man then said “fine leave it there if that what makes you happy”. There was more than one worker there so I’m not sure why the attitude?!? There are other options to donate to so why be treated so poorly?
I’ll never donate to this location or Goodwill again!

Everyone I’ve met except for two gentlemen who seem happy they like working there. They are miserable and hate being there! It’s so sad that our donations don’t really matter to them and they are upset because now they have to actually work and one lady told me today she was tired of picking up the items when I accidentally put it on the ground! Omg really I will put it on the cart for you lady I’m so sorry your miserable but then find somewhere else that makes you happy!!!

Just a donation center, not a store, as I first thought. They have a drive up drip off around back. They sit right on 301 across from Ace Hardware.

Absolutely amazing Customer service. I went in today and every staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were smiling and offering help. I made my purchases and then left the store. I realized when I was a few minutes away that I forgot to purchase something I had on hold from Treasure Island. I went back to the store and everyone was exceptionally sweet and understanding. I really appreciate everyone's help and friendly demeanor.

This Goodwill drop-off station is the closest to my house so it's the one I generally visit. Every single time the folks there are friendly, quick, efficient, and check to offer me a receipt. And then they wish me a good day. Nice.

The dropoff attendee was extremely rude to me because I wanted to unload my own car. I was unaware they want to unload one car at a time. Please put up signs instead of being a jerk.
