WARNING - REGRETFUL EXPERIENCE: Purchased online two of the same 3 merchandise as gift for my nieces. The package was delivered by USPS in a lockbox. After removing plastic tape placed on the plastic envelope noticed that the envelope had been partially opened. One small T-shirt was missing, all the other 5 items were there. Immediately called GAP Factory and the disappointment started. Was asked to fill out a form for further evaluation, send statements via email, etc. Could not believe they shifted the burden to me. Asked for a supervisor, their solution was to refund me $ 6 (total order was more than $60) and I would have to buy the product again, but now, because it is a small order, I would have to pay for shipping. They told me they do not have an option to replace a missing product without placing the burden on the customer.
This was my 1st and LAST experience with this company. Hope they review their policies and manage to stay in business. We are in 2024! I purchase online all the time and NEVER had such a bad “customer support” experience when things went wrong. Regretful and pitiful ONLINE service.
