I highly recommend this spot. It's consistently clean during daylight hours. After 8pm, it can get a bit messy with occasional dryer sheets on the floor. Note that the attendants' shift ends at 8pm, so restrooms are locked and power outlets are inaccessible after that. However, the location itself is open 24/7.
