The sales associates and store manager are kind upon initial entry, personable and ensure each guest end their shopping experience on a positive one. Though I was in store for an interview, Michelle was prepared, thoughtful in conversation and took time to explain the details of the position and shared some of her own experiences through retail. She seems nurturing to her team which reflects in their positive and cheerful attitudes. The entire process was a breath of fresh air. Even if I am not offered a part time position I’d bypass other Bealls just to shop here on a regular and tell my friends and family to patronize. Hats off to the entire team!”
