Store was clean and staff was friendly! Amanda let us know all the deals and checked back in to make sure we had the right sizes. She was professional and kind! Isabella was great at checkout and helped me figure out the best deal for my items

I recently shopped at this location with my 11 year old son. He had his heart set on the new Pokemon Crocs but unfortunately they did not have his size. All the associates went out of their way to help him find something that would make him happy. He selected some along with some charms and we were set to check out. Cheyenne and Kristine came rushing to the register that they had found his size in the Pokemon ones in the back. The fact that they took the time to go looking for him along with all the associates giving amazing customer service, the store manager should be very proud of his team. They made one boy and his mama very happy. We will be returning to this store and recommending to all our friends.

Had an awesome experience at Crocs Ellenton Outlet. My Brooklyn platform sandals had a crack in the base. I adore these and was bothered that I didn’t know how to fix them.The mgr Eddie offered a store credit and I was able to replace them. Appreciate him for this. Now I will styling a new pair. Thank you Eddie!

I don’t normally leave reviews for places but Cheyenne was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I find the perfect shoes! Would definitely recommend going to this store location.

You would think that being an outlet it would be cheaper but no. Same prices, same wall but one get 50% off another pair. Sale as every other crocs shop.

We are a croc family, I love how there is a style or color for everyone. Well since I was wrapped up with the holidays I completely missed out on the Christmas jibbitz. Couldn’t find any available online. Felt defeated but decided to drive from Sun City to Ellenton ( don’t care for Brandon) Anywho I searched for any possible Christmas jibbitz. There were none that we could see. My fiancé asked the two young ladies if there were any by chance. And they said yes, they took their time to go in the back room and find what I’ve been searching for. They completely made my day. I was so thrilled!! The store was organized and staff was friendly and helpful. For sure this will be my go to Croc store.

Like any Crocs store, it carries many options and colors. I'm not a Crocs fan, but we went in to buy for another person. I can't stand the look, style, and material used.

Got the kids some new Crocks. Not my thing, but they like them. The store had a buy one get one pair and plenty of sizes available. Good service and polite employees.
