I will not be giving any of my time to this store after how horrible I was treated about a month and a half ago. If anyone reading this was in the store the night I was robbed and threatened by the black male employee who has only one hand, I want to apologize for what you had to listen to and see and be held up over that night. I was going to get cash back after he said it was ok cause he had it on his drawer, but once it was ring on and completed,he says he can't do it and issues me a refund....NOT.... I continue to ask for my reciept, to keep for my records,he tells me he can't and argued with me about it. The store is getting busy and he still wants to argue and threaten me,in front of ten customers that I had to call the police Because I was starting to get nervous about him attacking me and also that I had some proof that he was stole my money

Wanted to give this place one star but Google wouldn't let me review when I hit the one star.
I've lived in the area for years and I rarely go here because of how awful it usually is. But tonight in particular really irritated me. The cashier had a speaker with music blasting so loud behind him that I could barely hear anything he said, That's very rude to the customer and inefficient for service. I've worked overnights at gas stations and if we wanted music we had to keep an earbud in as to not disrupt business and be rude to the customers.
I went in around 9:00 p.m. and I'll tell you I'm going to be going to the 7-Eleven in the shopping complex across the street from now on, The gas station that I usually go to where they are polite and don't obnoxiously blast music and disrupt business. Y'all need to actually hire people who care about their jobs. If you don't want to be professional at your job then don't work there.

Lived within a mile of the store for over a year and five nights of the week. The computers are down or they can’t run cards or they can’t take cash or they go on five minute break right when I pull in so they can go smoke a cigarette outback, horrible horrible customer service extremely rude people. The food is always expired, been on the hot plate all day. The drink machines are dirty, never working. The store is dirty. The stuff on the shelves is expired. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody. I don’t know why my dumb self keep going there once in a while I get mad every time I go.

I would like to comment about Bonnie who presently manages this store. She is a very conscientious and hard working individual who has done an excellent job managing not only the store itself but also her fellow employees. Bonnie is upbeat and has wonderful interactions with her many and varied customers. She continues to be a valuable asset to your organization!

Their sale prices never ring up correctly. The staff doesn’t know how to fix the register when that happens. They close the store to go to the bathroom or take breaks. They don’t answer the phone when you call them to correct a price. Plan on spending 15 mins at the pump to fill up your car because the pumps are the extremely slow. This is my first bad review I have ever written in my life, but it’s just so frustrating and uncalled for. Someone needs to be accountable for this establishment.

*Someone should post a picture of the owner I'd love to see what this person looks like it shouldn't be hard to find*-NASTY... What kind of trash owns and operates this place. Possibly the most disgusting place I've ever been. Rather than clean the bathrooms they just tape them off with "Closed for cleaning" and for sure, nobody is cleaning that place. Second and last time entering that place and can't imagine someone eating or buying food from this place. The employees clearly aren't the kind of people that work a real job so 100% they're robbing the store, the customers, selling drugs out the back, or all the above. On the plus side it's close to several hospitals for when you get robbed, shot, need your stomach pumped, or need to see if your credit card numbers were copied.I will never go into *any* Circle-K again not like that's a big loss but it's really that bad.

The young black man that worked here on 9.27.23 at 6:01 pm was extremely rude with customers he didn'thave a name tag on so i can'tgive you a name!!! He had an attitude talking to the customers coming in or asking questions, or needed service! He definitely had an issue helping people and printing receipts for gas!!! He stated he put signs up so he didn't have to print receipts. But what is the difference? There is none! I hope as a management team you coach your associates to be a but more customer based!! I was not the only one who felt this way a gentleman next to me on his pump said the same thing! I just won't come back to this gas station he left a very bad taste in my mouth!!

Tried to go here, but there was a sign in the fur that said "be back in 15 minutes". I decided to go to Wendy's next door in three meantime. When I came back the sign was still there, but there was someone inside mopping and they wouldn't serve me. This was at 8:15pm.
