Last night we stopped in unexpectedly, to grab a few items to replenish our wardrobe... just wanted to share my experience with you. The service was great! Cindy was a warm & friendly cashier. Extremely personable! We received a great VALUE and even purchased a gift for someone! Store was well organized. We will be back!

Had a wonderful experience at Bealls Outlet! The store's atmosphere was inviting, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I found some fantastic deals on quality items, making it a satisfying shopping trip. Will definitely be returning for more great finds!

So I was recently actually looking for some things for my friends baby shower and I happened to have a couple of gift cards left over from my birthdays and Christmas and such so when I originally came to the place, I asked the lady if she could give me the balance on my gift cards so that I knew how much I had to either add with or spend, and she told me in order to do that I need to make a purchase, so no big deal I went to actually go find some stuff I wanted to buy and in the process of doing so I have looking around to get like help from someone who work there or like employees or whatever and like literally two out of the three ladies that were working like not only ignored me when I spoke directly to them, but instead of helping me directly went to helping a totally different person that was in his speaking to them so needless to say I ended up getting extremely frustrated and leaving without buying anything now I don't claim to be like the richest person in the world but I definitely don't think I look like homeless or anything. I look like a decent person. How do you treat someone who's attempting to be a customer and buy some stuff from your place of business, and then just act like they don't even exist or they're there. Dirt on the bottom of your shoe is beyond me completely unacceptable Rudest ladies ever.
