This Batteries Plus store is so convenient for east Manatee county. They have a wide selection of products and I have been able to pick up just what I needed right when I needed it. And the staff at this store are the best! They are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and eager to help you find a solution, swapping out battery connectors, etc. This is my go to store when I need new batteries.

I ordered the battery online and it was ready as soon as I got there a couple hours later. The install was very quick and easy! The customer service there was phenomenal, I could tell they were busy and they still managed to assist me and get me out of there! Definitely coming back here

Christian was an amazing help with figuring out an issue with my phone. I was having a lot of trouble with figuring out what was wrong and he spent 2 days communicating with me and helping me out. He did a stellar job and made me feel heard when dealing with my situation. He even let me know of a secondary location that he worked at that might be closer to where I live so I wouldn’t have to drive as far while he helped me with the issue. He is a 10/10 employee and team leader.

Do not shop here. I bought a key fob and had it programmed here and ended up at the dealership the next day when my screen in my car was giving me false reads. They don't know what they are doing and are rude.

I bought a backup car key to get programmed online, they contacted me almost immediately to let me know it had to be special ordered. Stopped by today and they got it sorted out quickly and with good spirit on a hot day. Solid folks working here, thank you!

Couldn’t be more impressed with level of service at the Lakewood ranch location. Brian was amazing! I broke down, not only did they lend me a starter , they fixed my issue and saved me a ton of money in repairs I didn’t need. Forever customer!

Had a failing battery on my phone. Went through a couple of places before I found them. The first location didn't have the battery but called to another store and directed me there so I could get it taken care of the same day. Wow, who does that anymore? They were able to take care of me late on a Saturday with same day service. Dealt with a very nice technician named Christian. Very knowledgeable, super professional, really took care of me. super happy with the diagnosis and the replacement service. I would recommend this place to anybody.

My 86-year-old mother is visiting from Michigan, and her phone wasn't turning on. We took the phone to Batteries Plus, and they ran a series of diagnostic tests and managed to get the phone up and running. Brian was about as a nice a person as I've ever met, and they didn't charge us anything. They offer a lot of services! Check them out.
