Every single person I have been assisted by at the Val-P post office has been helpful and friendly. I love the convenience of the post office when I'm on my way to the base. I believe the reviewers giving one star reviews must have had their own personal issues to review the post office so harshly! It is a minimally staffed location. There's nothing wrong with that. It isn't fair to give the individual working there such a mean and low review. Especially when they are doing the best they can when they don't have extra people available. That's not the clerks fault and they don't make the schedule. So maybe try and understand THEIR plight when you go there.

The ladies there are rude and talk to me like I'm a stupid inconvenience for them to do their job and look in the back for a package. The gentleman there on the other hand is exactly the opposite. He's always polite and kind.

Slow as Christmas! 1 person working the counter during lunch is unacceptable. No place to drop off large packages except the counter. No kiosk. No work drive or work hustle at all in these people.
