“I'm late in giving this review. On March 16, 2023, I sent my husband to mail a package. Technologically challenged, he didn't know how to find the label online. However, "Casey" not only got the info from me, she performed the whole transaction! Now that, that is "outstanding" customer service, something that is missing in a lot of organizations! It's a pleasure to see an employee who is more than happy to help a customer. Casey is an asset and should be rewarded, because customers are attracted to perky, pleasant, personnel. Thanks Casey, we truly appreciate your assistance. Many blessings to you. I will definitely past the UPS store and seek out the BWB Pak Mail store in the future.”

“I must say I live in Crestview. Which is roughly 35-45 minutes away. I had several returns that needed shipping. So I enter this particular store and asked the lady working if it was possible for me to ship larger boxes here. She replied sure, do you need a cart. Right then I was sold because I went to two other places and they wouldn't even help. None of my packages weighed 10 pounds.Anyhow the lady whose name is Donna. Gladly assisted me. Not only assisted told me to call the shipper because they didn't process the return labels properly. So for all that I am extremely grateful for Donna. I will return to this particular spot from here on out.Thanks, Donna for all you did and will continue to do. Stay blessed”
