I have been trying to refill my rx's for over 2 wks constantly call the satalite pharmacy no. 8000 it doesn't pickup. I need my blood pressure meds and I don't know how to contact them on any other tel no that will pick up. Scarey customer service fir satalitte pharmacy near the BX

Extremely slow and processing time can be 3 days to a week. Lines are very slow moving.

As everyone has stated, the lines are always sooo long. My major concern is that once you're in line...you're stuck there. I thought my expectation management of an hour was reasonable until it went longer and I had to pick up my child from school. Nothing more stressful than being stuck in a line.

Oh wow. Been using Eglin hospital and pharmacy over 10 years and there is a definitely decline in service. The recent renovations, while needed, did not improve the process for the customer and the new MHS Genesis system is inferior to the old TOL. You’re going backwards Eglin 96 MDG but I hope this is just a bump in the system and things will be better. On the bright side at least your not Eglin Labs…my last visit was 1hr 45 mins from ticket pull to exit

This is terrible service. I activated 1 prescription and refilled 2 other ones on a Thursday. The voice-mail said they would be ready after 1200 on Tuesday. I go on Wednesday to get them the guy rudely told me there was no record of me calling in a script. So he almost called me a lair because he said he couldn't see where I even called anything in. Okay all I want to do is go sit in line for an hour or plus to get up there to tell me that I don't have anything. I wasted my lunch break on this. The funny thing is after I get back to my office I get another call that said my prescription is ready.

Although I really appreciate the benefit, the lines are way too long for way too long. They need to implement Chick-fil-A's process. Whatever is being done now is inefficient.

I have been twice to the satellite pharmacy since it has been remodeled and each time I spent a little over an hour in line! How has the remodel helped???? Calling in prescriptions has not been easy since it doesn’t allow doing a refill but goes to a person at the pharmacy who can’t refill anything. I use to use the portal to do refills but since that was redone it is a disaster.

There has to be a better way! I cannot believe the money spent on the on base pharms and this has increased the customers wait ten-fold! Can we look into this process and better it for everyone? This is the line after 1 hour in it.

I waited almost 1hr to get my medicine that was confirmed to be picked up on a Monday. Went to window was not availble was asked to come back the next day. l waited another 40 mins to get my meds again still not availble. I get a call on Friday to pick up my meds.... the line is again all the way out to the class six... so I go to the side if the building cause I dont want to wait in that line again. Lucky me someone was picking his meds up by the side of the door. I asked if my meds where there and explain the situation lucky me she comfirms my meds are filled but I have to wait in line AGAIN!!!! Now here I am again in line for the past 30 mins... and not even halve way there.?

Spent 90 minutes in the drive-in line only to be told, there was a problem with both their computers and their text and email notification system. Told to come back and the scripts may be ready tomorrow. Thanks for making life more difficult!

I hope other retired military are having better service getting prescriptions filled thru Eglin Satellite pharmacy. I just tried again the on line listed phone numbers. No answer or recorded message. I will have to use a local civilian pharmacy again.

Doesn’t deserve a 1! I needed to speak with someone and got put in line starting at 31, made to 18 jumping up & down in rotation for an hour then suddenly call dropped so called back and started at 31 again. Problem is I got text stating I had 2 scripts ready for pickup however I called in 3. Pathetic is the word with you guys!!!

3 hours on the phone calling ALL the numbers they provide to just have them cancel a prescription that was sent to them incorrectly. CANT REACH ANYONE! THIS IS COMMON SENSE 2018!
