Last night I pulled the car in and closed the garage door and heard something loud. Then I couldn't open the garge looked up and the giant spring was snapped. Several neighbors recommended Affordable Garage Door so I called them. The co-owner Priscilla answered and came right away. I was very impressed she was a pro in an hour she had it all switched out and working. I asked her if she could replace the rollers and bearings as the door was getting old. She switched out everything so fast and efficient. I was also shocked by the low price and she even gave me a military veteran discount. I will definitely use them again. Added bonus the door is so much quiter now.

I call affordable garage door services … after receiving a quote from the company I used that had installed my garage door, thinking , hey.. it’s under warranty and this shouldn’t be a problem, but I was wrong!!? They told me the parts were not covered be the warranty just the motor and the garage door … got the quote for 2 spring replacements and a labor per hour cost. The price was unbelievable $$$ and ridiculous!!!! Call AGDS talked to Michael, explaining my situation , his reply was ( “ whatever they quoted, we will beat!)! Michael gave me and honest quote, and explained to me that he can have a technician named Priscilla come to install the springs and also do a over all check to make sure all parts of the door were also working properly..what can I say about Priscilla , amazing !!! Professional very knowledgeable, she fixed my springs in no time !! I was so happy you and relieved.. these individuals are the real deal and an example of the Trust we should be feeling when hiring techs or handymen to come and fix things around our homes that you know it’s gonna be fixed Right!! Oh and about their pricing !!!!!! Affordable and no one will beat their prices!!!!!! Thank you Priscilla and Michael for everything!!!! Not only for the amazing repairs but also for your honesty and affordable RATES!!!!!!!

Absolutely perfect! From time of initial call to completion of our service request was UNDER 2 hours! Very personable, knowledgeable and caring. Explained everything along the way & provided tips to extend the life of our entire garage door system as a whole. I have been waiting to get my door repaired by other companies for a while. One phone call and AGDS was able to come out assess our needs and complete the work. The professionalism was outstanding and Priscilla was very helpful. The price was also very affordable and definitely beat the competition. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I called and spoke to Michael who was nice and accommodating. They were able to assist me quickly as I was in a need of same day service. When Priscilla arrived she gave me an estimate and kept me updated as she worked on my garage. She was able to fix the garage in a timely manner. The price was a little more than she quoted me and it seemed a little high, but I didn't call anyone else to compare prices so I can't say whether it was fair or not; however, because of my situation and of their great service I was fine with paying the price they charged me. Priscilla also gave me recommendations for other things I might need, she went above and beyond to answer my questions and she looked into other things I asked her about. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage services.

Priscilla was so impressive! She’s very professional yet sweet, courteous and personable. She’s so knowledgeable and efficient. She’s a pro! She fixed my garage door from slamming down with a thunderous noise every time it closes. Priscilla even replaced parts that haven’t been serviced in years & did it with ease! She deserves a RAISE!
