Apparently they let heroin addict shoot up in their bathroom in the afternoon. And the person working there did nothing. Management needs to do a better job. Late time I got here.

I was just told by the clerk that I was not allowed to whistle in her store because it summons the devil and that as a Christian she doesn’t believe in it, and because it was her store I couldn’t. Otherwise very clean and fast service but still warning: no whistling!

Sorry for whoever owns this place. They hired this woman (pink hair) that is going to ruin them . This lady always has an excuse one time. Doesn't even deserve the 1 starNo sense of customer service my second visit for a simple Philly steak sandwich since the first visit , the sandwich young girl made it and was cold in the middle so the second visit i politely asked if she could press the sandwich and she said thats not how its made and stated to microwave it first and she still wouldn't press the sandwich so i dicided to do her job for her and she retaliated by take my sandwich off of the grill its not my fault she don't know how to cook or even use a simple grill press

I just went to get gas at this 7-11 and the young woman acted as if I were disturbing her work. She is white , heavyset and a bit rude.she also wasn't wearing a mask. Maybe she was offended by my mask. I usually get good service there.

I've been going to this 711/Mobil for 9 years now almost everyday because I own a company on the next street over. The owners are amazing and very accommodating and the employees make me feel at home. They always remember what I like and often tell me about sales they have so that I can save money on things I already purchase. The premium gas makes my car run at it's best, and their rewards program saves me a fortune and gives me a ton of things free... But the reason I go back to this store time and again, even when it's out of my way, is because of the owners and the staff.

Worst experience. The cashier tonight was rude, non-responsive and was completely unprofessional. I came in to buy something and he was on the phone talking to himself and didn't even say goodbye. Then gave me a nasty look after my receipt was printed. The guy had curly brown hair.

Very poor customer service. The female caucasian clerk double charged me for sampling the slurpiee flavors. Then went on to saying “your lucky I don't charge you moreâ€. To avoid any dispute I paid the overcharge and walked out. I do not recommend this place to anyone. If your looking for good customer service, this is not the place.

This small gas station / convenience store located at the corner of Hoffer AV and Hansel AV is very easy to get in / out of the parking lot. I love the friendly service the provide. The have a very nice array of treats for you to eat if you hungry during your trip. They do have air for the tires which is very convenient.
