First few times were good, but I went in there yesterday and there were about 15 people waiting to go back, most of them had been there at least a half hour. It was like being in some weird twilight zone. Very eerie and dark vibes. All of the 3 employees were serving 1 customer in the back. No one was checking any of us in. I had to keep my composure before finally giving up and leaving. I went to the trulieve in Daytona and they were serving customers much more efficiently and actually made an effort to get people checked in/served.The edgewater location needs to make some changes in maybe the training or have a more efficient system, because if I’m having to drive 35+ minutes out of my way to a different trulieve, there’s a major problem! You can’t depend on the other companies in the area to carry people through when your system isn’t working.

Worst dispensary experiences I've ever had, and I've been to numerous dispensaries in several states for many years. The employees are nice but they can barely stop for a second to even acknowledge your existence. Walking in takes at least an hour of waiting after waiting several deep in line to even be checked in. Ordering and checking in early takes 45 minutes at least. It's obviously anti-consumer corporate policy that's keeping them from staffing the store as it should even though they're making money hand over fist. I'll be finding another dispensary. Even driving a half hour will save time and frustration. Terrible.

I place my orders online so it's usually pretty fast if you check in at the right time. Also the staff is amazing!

They told me it would be a 2 hour wait. It's buys but it's definitely because they're understaffed. I've been here half an hour as I write this and there have been two people who were helped and were able to actually buy product and be on their way.

Low product - never promoted items. Slow service. Two of the times I went, was bypassed by others. All younger than my 74 years. Staff NOT friendly nor helpful. Moving on after $2600+ in purchases in last six months. Moving on to Jungle Boys - Daytona B. 45 miles away but great goods and staff.

I've always been happy with Trulieve in Edgewater, but lately it's not as great. They've obviously cut back on help and it's a long wait now. Even for Express. Bring back the great workers you had! It was amazing then!

Extremely understaffed. Waited for 2 hours and still didn't get my products. What a joke!! There was over 20 people in the lobby the entire time. Management: treat your people better or pay them more there is a reason why 70 percent of your staff is calling out get it together or I'm finding another dispensary.

I am so happy I finally took the time to leave a review to let evetyone know how wonderful each employee at Trulieve Edgewater has been during my visits. From Joe to Chandler & everyone else in between they have all taken the time to explain, inform, listen & recommend what they believe will truly help you during this overwhelming & hopeful time. Pain, anxiety & other chronic illnesses can make you feel like there’s no end in site but at Trulieve they are dedicated to do all they can to help you through this difficult journey.The discounts are also a major bonus.

First and foremost I love to say the people the employees at the store go above and beyond what they should do this review is not about the employees or the store it's about how understaffed they are and how when you place an order online and when you go there it's a 75 minute wait if you are that busy in that store and cannot get enough people to work that store then I know you have a corporate office corporate people those corporate people need to get from behind the desk and come and work in these stores and see what these employees go through on a day-to-day basis from the screaming customers and another thing if you're going to have points for your customers and not allow your customers to use the points because you have all these great deals everyday and then come December 31st the points are gone you should at least give your loyal customers something free to show your appreciation because if not there's always more medical stores that are willing to take care of new customers

This location is always a nightmare. It’s been some time since I’ve decided to give it another chance and was once again, proved wrong. Checked in with express, was sent text message 2 different times informing me I was kicked out of line and to recheck in. My name was #1 in line for express pick up. After confronting host I was assured my spot was still there. 5 other express customers that were listed behind me on the board were then called in. A total of 1 hr wait for my express. Will not return. If you decide to shop this location, be prepared to wait whether you’re a walk in or express.

You'll be waiting over an hour if you're a walk in. It's literally quicker to drive to muv in Port Orange than it is to go to trulieve. Even if you have an online order and use express pick up,you are waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Beyond poorly managed. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I would not recommend this dispensary. If you come here you will have at least a 30 minute wait almost every time.... Their website is hardly ever updated so whatever you were looking at on their website, will not be in the store when you get here.... They have about 12 registers inside and refused to have more than three employees in the store at all times... their selection is garbage compared to all other dispensaries locally... their wait time is beyond ridiculous and the employee turnover is weekly. It seems so nobody ever has knowledge because they're all new. Save your money and time and go somewhere else
