Todd is the best State Farm agent I've ever had. My previous rep was a great guy (In Tennessee), but I could never get him on the phone or find him in his own office...it wasn't the best customer service. BUT, Todd and his team are fast, efficient, and super friendly. They provide service you would expect for an upscale establishment. I'm definitely going to use them again now that I've got my cars insured there.
