My son has a brain injury and has joined the YMCA It’s the best thing that could have ever happened for him. Everyone is so kind and helpful and they treat him just like everyone else. This YMCA had made such an impact on my son’s life I can’t thank them enough!

They are hosting a Holiday fat burn ? challenge and it was cheap to sign uo for 12 classes over 6 weeks with a person trainer! You get access to the gym, so even on days ur not scheduled class you can still rip it up! I'm super excited to have this opportunity and can't wait to see my results at the end!
