Very bad place of business. My husband’s IPhone 15 Pro screen cracked. He took it there and had it replaced but with the wrong screen. My husband complained about the battery needing to be charged every couple hours. They admitted their mistake and ordered a new screen which was installed with an up charge. Shortly afterwards the screen began to separate from the phone. Their diagnosis was that the wrong screen ruined the battery and was on the verge of exploding. They installed the battery at no charge and accepted the responsibility from the wrong screen. What they didn’t disclose, was the battery was not a iPhone battery. The day of the hurricane the screen went black once again. Now they will put his old cracked screen on for $100. Absolutely disgusting business management

Extremely shady business. Runs cell phone repair with uhaul rental company. He will double charge you without warning. I would not put any card on file with this scum. Better business bureau has already had complaints on this business including the complaint I had to file. Beware, avoid this place like the plague. ( Edit: A customer shouldn't have to contact a business to wonder why they were charged twice, it shouldn't happen period, which is the shady aspect of it) and the name is Heath not Helen, you can't even correctly address a customer by their proper name.

They repaired my screen but didn't properly diagnose my 1.5 yr old pixel they should've replaced battery too. Close to $300 repair and the phone cant hold a charge. Really a bummer for me...
