My Metro PCS WiFi box stop connecting to the Internet so I called customer support and literally stayed on the phone for two hours trying every troubleshooting trick that the phone representative knew to do until it was obvious that it was not going to work. So I got in my car and drove to our local Metro store where I purchased the WiFi box to try to get it exchanged but instead the representative that was working that day Krysti assured me that she could help me... she got on the phone with I'm guessing corporate and with in ten minutes I was walking out a very happy customer and my WiFi has worked excellent ever since... she was very efficient and had a really nice personality very good people skills... I've dealt with every representative that works this store and she was hands down the best

My phone wasnt able to get text messages or phone calls so i brought it in. The girl working at the time, Kristy, looked it over and over trying everything. She was so nice. She had other customers she helped in between looking at my phone. She ended up googling the problem and it said to try turning airplane mode on for 5 seconds and turn it off. She did it twice and all my text messages for 2 days came through! I was so happy! Kristy was so helpful and I am so glad she could figure it out. My phone is my lifeline for work and family and she got me running again. Thank you for everything!

Sold me an obsolete phone and changed my data plan without telling me.... your 5 stars review. Is now 1 star, when I switched to metro it was great. Then I went in for an upgrade and metro sold me a 4G phone . They gave me a 5G when I switched, didn't mention that the phone new phone I paid money for was a 4G. Oh and my unlimited plan was changed to a LIMITED PLAN AND WITHOUT CONSULTING ME. SO DON'T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID

This was the best service I ever had ! Nick was very knowledgeable with the promotions & rate plans ......he gave me a good deal on the phone and soms assecories ....i only brought 60 bucks to pay my bill ....but I left with a tablet & my bill paid and didn't have to pay more then 60 !!! Thank you Nick for wonderful service and I'll see you next month for the home Internet you were talking about !!!!
