affordable $49 diagnosis. but I waited a week without a call back and would have given 4 stars if I was called back and followed up with. I understand things can get busy but when I called I was told the electronics werent fixable and I asked why I wasnt called days ago then.customer service is priority IMObut I'll give 3 stars

Excellent service here from Jim. His slogan is "If you plug it in, I can fix it!" is accurate. I had an issue with my counter top convection oven. He diagnosed, called me with the issue and cost to repair, and I git it back the next day!
